How to Receive Online Orders

There are a few ways to receive online orders:

  • Have an iPad at your restaurant running our POS app (Free for online ordering use) This is the best setup in our opinion. All you’ll need to do is connect the app to an EPSON ethernet printer. With this setup, you’ll be able to automatically print tickets whenever an order comes in (includes both the customer receipt and kitchen ticket).
  • Turn on the automatic phone call option
  • When a customer makes an online order, you will receive a phone call to remind you to check the email that you applied with for the order. There is a link in the email that allows you to confirm the order.
