The Scheduling module can be utilized for Weekly staff work schedules.

Creating Shifts

  1. Click + Add.

  2. Select an employee.

  3. Select the days for their shift.

  4. Optionally, if this a temporary employee, toggle the Has end date.

    Select a start date and an end date.

  5. Select a start time and end time.

  6. Select the schedule for the shift.

  7. Select a role.

  8. Click Save.

Editing Shifts

  • To download a shift schedule, click the PDF button.
  • To copy a shift, click the copy icon (two overlapping boxes).
  • To edit an existing shift, click on the name of an employee.
