If the business is utilizing the Selflane expense module here is where the summary is found. The default view is the current year. To view previous years, click on the year dropdown menu located at the top left of the page. The summary can be viewed monthly or 13 4-week periods, which will compare performance of equal number of days.

  1. Monthly Net Sales: Sales before tax & tip.
  2. Expenses: Expenses entered in the expense module.
  3. Payroll: Payroll cost calculated in the payroll module (insure each employee’s payrate is correct. This will not include payroll taxes).
  4. Balance: Gross profit after entering expense and payroll. Annual summary by month of the current view. This report can be Viewed and/or printed by utilizing CSV located at the bottom left of the page.
