In selected order, click Pay button. You have options to pay with card, cash, etc. Need to pay with multiple method? Click the pen icon on the top right corner to enter the amount.
Virtual Terminal Usage
In rare situations, such as when all card readers fail, iPads malfunction, or a power outage occurs, you may need to close an order using the virtual terminal. This tool helps you pay off all open orders.
In an unpaid order, you will find the option to click "Pay Order" and proceed to complete the payment using the virtual terminal.
We do not recommend using this feature in normal operations, as it poses a risk of possible chargebacks and higher fees.
