Adjust Tip

There are two areas to adjust tips.

On the Fly

In the payment screen to the right of the payment information there is a Pen icon and Printer Icon.

• Tap the Pen icon and enter the amount of the tip.
• Tap Adjust Tip
• [Optional] Tap the printer icon to print a customer receipt with the tip on it.

At the end of shift

In the bottom left-hand corner of the order screen, you will find the tip adjust $ icon.

• Tap $ to display the Tip Editor screen. (The expand icon will show all staff credit card orders)
• Highlight the “Adjustable” Box at the top of the screen to display the adjustable orders.
• Tap on the order you wish to adjust.
• Enter the amount of the tip.
• Tap “Enter.”

To View the adjusted orders, Highlight the “Adjusted” Box at the top of the screen.

To View all credit card orders, Highlight the “All” Box at the top of the screen.
