Corrupted Data

We use a special database to build a fast application. In rare cases, the database could get corrupted -- after you logged in the App, the app would crash when you select the business.

If this happens to one of your iPads, do not panic. You just need to click the top-left button and proceed to clear up the local database. You will need to set up the printers again aftering clearing the database. No operational data would be lost in this process.

The entire process should take less than 5 minutes.
