Configuring POS

Whether you are using our full-featured POS system or just the online ordering system, you will use the same POS app to access and manage orders.

POS App

App Store Link 

Download the app from the App Store to your iPad or iPhone.

When you log in to the app (with the previous credentials used in setup business), you will see the business you have just created.

Connect to printers

We support most printers from Epson  and Star Micronics . If you have a modern version of their products (usually allows WiFi, Ethernet, or Bluetooth connection), you can connect to the printer from the POS app.

In the POS app, go to More > Printers, and click + to add a printer.

From the Discover Printers page you will be given options to setup the printer for customer receipt printing (Front) or specific kitchen printing. You can also use a same printer for multiple stations printing purposes. Once you have made your printer assignments indicated by a green highlight and checkmark click Set Stations

Set up auto print

In the More > Settings, please toggle the Auto Print switch to On.

This will automatically print the receipt after the order is completed.
