Gift Cards

Selflane supports three gift program types. You can run one or combine multiple options based on customer behavior and operations.

  1. E-Gift Cards: digital, online-first gift sales
  2. Physical Gift Cards: processor-backed card program
  3. Gift Certificates: simple low-cost manual option

How to Choose

  • Choose E-Gift Cards for fastest rollout and online convenience.
  • Choose Physical Gift Cards for branded in-store card experience.
  • Choose Gift Certificates for minimal setup cost.

Program Strategy

Many stores use a hybrid approach:

  • e-gift for online convenience
  • physical cards for in-store and holidays
  • certificates for specific local workflows

E-gift cards are sold online via Selflane.com . You can enable or disable them in Back Office .
