Member
The Member Program is Selflane’s loyalty system. Members earn points on every order they’re attached to, redeem points for rewards, and can also receive eGift Cards. You can attach a member — or sign one up — directly from the POS during checkout.

Open the Loyalty Center
Tap the Member icon (the star, top-left of the Orders screen). The Loyalty Center opens with a numeric keypad — enter the customer’s 10-digit phone number and tap Enter.
- If the number matches an existing member, their profile loads and is attached to the current order.
- If there’s no match, you’re prompted to add the customer as a new member.
Add a member
When the phone number doesn’t match an existing record, tap + Add Member and fill in the customer’s details.
The new member is automatically attached to the current order and starts earning points.
Manager approval
Some Member actions — manual point adjustments, comping a reward — may require manager approval depending on your Back Office settings.
