Enterprise Info and Locations

The top two cards on the enterprise page show who the enterprise is and which businesses belong to it. Use them to set the enterprise logo and to bring each of your locations into the enterprise.

Enterprise Info

The Enterprise Info card shows:

  • Logo: the square image on the left.
  • Name: the enterprise name. It’s also the page title.
  • Address: the enterprise address. This row is hidden when no address is set.
  1. Click the logo square to open Upload Enterprise Logo.
  2. Under File, choose an image.
  3. Adjust the square crop to frame the logo.
  4. Click Save. The new logo replaces the old one right away.

Only an enterprise Owner can change the logo.

Name and address

The name and address are read-only here. To change either one, contact Selflane support.

Locations

The Locations card lists every business in the enterprise. The number in the card title is the location count.

ColumnWhat it shows
NameThe business name, with its short name in parentheses when one is set.
LocationThe business’s city and state.

When the enterprise has no businesses yet, the card shows No locations.

Add a location

The card header shows one button for each business you can open in the Back Office that isn’t in this enterprise yet. The buttons are in alphabetical order.

  1. Click the button with the business name.
  2. The business joins the enterprise and appears in the Locations table.

If you have no businesses left to add, the header shows no buttons. To add a business you can’t open yourself, first get access to it under its own Owner > Users & Access, or contact Selflane support.

Only an enterprise Owner can add locations.

What if…

  • The add fails with an error. A business can belong to only one enterprise at a time. If it’s already in another enterprise, contact Selflane support.
  • You need to remove a location. The Back Office has no remove button. Contact Selflane support.
