Tap to Pay on iPhone

Tap to Pay on iPhone is a feature that allows you to accept payments using your iPhone. It is a convenient way to accept payments from customers without the need for a physical terminal.

Prerequisites

Device

• Your iPhone is an iPhone X or later model.
• A latest version of iOS (iOS 18, minimum requirement is iOS 16) is installed on your iPhone.
• A latest version of the Selflane POS App  (minimum requirement is POS 6.80) is installed on your iPhone.

Payment Processor

• You have completed the Stripe Account setup.
• You have created a location in the Settings page.

How to enable Tap to Pay on iPhone

In the Selflane POS App on your iPhone, when you tap Pay on the order screen, you will see the Tap to Pay on iPhone option. Tap it to follow the instructions to enable Tap to Pay on iPhone.

How to accept payments using Tap to Pay on iPhone

When you have enabled Tap to Pay on iPhone, you can accept payments using your iPhone.
