In-Store Rewards
In-Store Rewards builds a tiered cashback program on top of your Member Program. When a customer’s spend hits a threshold, they earn a percentage credit toward a future visit.
How Rewards Are Calculated
- The reward is based on spend before tax and tip.
- Gift card purchases are excluded from spend calculations.
- One reward applies to one sale. If the reward exceeds the sale total, only the sale total is discounted — the rest doesn’t carry over.
Tier Structure
You can stack tiers so the highest spenders get a bigger percentage and a longer redemption window. Each tier has three values:

| Reward percentage | Cashback rate as a percentage of qualifying spend. |
| Range | Spend amount or visit count that triggers the reward. |
| Range unit | Dollars for spend-based, or Visits for frequency-based tiers. |
A typical setup pairs a frequent low-percentage reward with a less-frequent high-percentage milestone.
Add a Tier
- Click
+ Addin the upper-right of the Rewards page. - Enter the reward percentage.
- Pick the range value and the range unit.
- Click
More Tierto add another threshold. - When all tiers are complete, click
Save.
