Influencer Program
Selflane’s Influencer Program lets you grow your customer base through referral partnerships — radio, social media, or local creators. You only pay when a sale is attributed to the influencer; there is no contract or upfront fee.
Two Program Types
- Premium Influencer Program — partnerships you negotiate directly with named influencers (Selflane brokers some, including iHeartRadio). Custom discounts and commissions per partner.
- Open Influencer Program — a self-serve program any individual or organization can opt into. Same commission rate for everyone who joins.
You can run one or both at the same time.
Set Up
- Open
Marketing > Influencerin Back Office. - Click
+ Addto create a program. - Choose
PremiumorOpen. - For Premium: enter the influencer’s name and contact, then set the commission percentage and customer discount.
- For Open: set the commission percentage and customer discount that applies to every signup.
- Click
Save.
The program goes live immediately. Influencers receive a unique link or code to share.
How Commissions Work
- A sale is attributed to an influencer when the customer arrives via that influencer’s link or applies their code at checkout.
- You owe the commission only after the order is placed and paid.
- Customers see a discount applied at checkout (the negotiated incentive).
- ROI charts in Back Office break attribution down monthly, weekly, and daily.
