Influencer Program

Selflane’s Influencer Program lets you grow your customer base through referral partnerships — radio, social media, or local creators. You only pay when a sale is attributed to the influencer; there is no contract or upfront fee.

Two Program Types

  • Premium Influencer Program — partnerships you negotiate directly with named influencers (Selflane brokers some, including iHeartRadio). Custom discounts and commissions per partner.
  • Open Influencer Program — a self-serve program any individual or organization can opt into. Same commission rate for everyone who joins.

You can run one or both at the same time.

Set Up

  1. Open Marketing > Influencer in Back Office.
  2. Click + Add to create a program.
  3. Choose Premium or Open.
  4. For Premium: enter the influencer’s name and contact, then set the commission percentage and customer discount.
  5. For Open: set the commission percentage and customer discount that applies to every signup.
  6. Click Save.

The program goes live immediately. Influencers receive a unique link or code to share.

How Commissions Work

  • A sale is attributed to an influencer when the customer arrives via that influencer’s link or applies their code at checkout.
  • You owe the commission only after the order is placed and paid.
  • Customers see a discount applied at checkout (the negotiated incentive).
  • ROI charts in Back Office break attribution down monthly, weekly, and daily.
  • Online Promotion — for general claimable coupons not tied to an influencer.
  • Pricing  — Influencer Program is included in the relevant Selflane plans.
