Agent
The Agent page is each sales agent’s personal workspace. The profile you set here drives how leads and opportunities are attributed in CRM and how restaurants see your contact details when you reach out.
Your Profile
Open Agent > Profile to edit:
- Picture — used on the agent card visible to admins and (optionally) on outbound emails.
- First and last name — appears on every CRM record you create.
- Email — your work address; this is where Selflane sends notifications and where customer replies route.
- Phone — used for outbound dialer integrations and shown to admins for routing.
- Title — optional role/title, shown on customer-facing communications.
Click Save when done.
Why It Matters
- Lead attribution. Leads and opportunities you create are stamped with your agent ID. If your name or email is wrong, downstream commission and reporting will be wrong too.
- Activity audit trail. Edits in Editing Histories are recorded against your profile.
- Customer trust. Customers receiving an estimate or invoice see your name, title, and email — keep them current.
Changing Your Email or Login
Your Partner login is your Selflane user account. To change the underlying email used to sign in, update it in your Selflane account settings, not here. The agent profile email is what Selflane Partner uses for routing and notifications; the login email is what you authenticate with.
