Self Delivery

For businesses that have their own delivery drivers. You manage all delivery logistics — Selflane does not provide drivers.

Self Delivery settings are hidden when Third-party Delivery is connected.

Settings

• Enable Self Delivery — toggle on to accept delivery orders.
• Lead Time — estimated preparation and delivery time shown to the customer.
• Delivery Fee — flat fee charged to the customer at checkout.
• Minimum Purchase — minimum order subtotal required for delivery.
• Note — optional text shown to the customer (e.g., “Free delivery over $50”).

Delivery Area

Define the area you deliver to using one of two methods:

Radius

Set a radius between 1 and 100 miles. A circle centered on your business address is shown on the map.

Zone

Draw a custom polygon on the map to define your delivery area.

• Click on the map to add vertices.
• Click an edge to remove a vertex.
• Drag a vertex to reshape the zone.
• Vertices are automatically sorted clockwise.

Setup Steps

1. Go to Settings > Profile > Delivery.
2. Toggle Enable Self Delivery on.
3. Enter your lead time and delivery fee.
4. Set a minimum purchase amount.
5. Choose Radius or Zone and define your delivery area on the map.
6. Optionally add a note for customers.
7. Click Save.
