Share
Customers can only order, book, or join your waitlist if they can find your Selflane pages. The Share screen collects every public link in one place, with the tools to post them on maps, your website, social media, and your counter.
Open Settings > Profile > Share in the Back Office .
Your public links
The Your public links card lists five public pages. The count at the top right, such as 3 of 5 enabled, shows how many are turned on.

Each row has a dot on the right. Green means the page is on. Gray, with Off next to the name, means it’s off.
The dots for Catering Page and Table Booking read older settings and can be wrong. To check whether guests can book, look at the Active status in Reservation settings. To check catering, make sure at least one menu is marked Catering in the menu settings.
To use a link:
- Click
Copyto copy the link. The button changes toCopiedfor two seconds. Paste the link into an email, text, or post. - Click the arrow icon to open the page in a new tab.
The QR code, PDF, embed code, and social buttons below all use the same Online Store link. When your Selflane website goes live, they switch to it on their own. Reprint any QR code you printed before then. Catering, booking, loyalty, and waitlist links stay on selflane.com.
A link that’s Off still has a Copy button. Turn the feature on before you share its link. Loyalty Program has no link until you create a Member Program.

Below your links, four cards help you put your online store where customers already look.
Claim your map listings
Customers often search Google Maps or Apple Maps before they visit. Claim your listing on each service, then add your Online Store link as the ordering or website link.

Each button opens the service’s site in a new tab.
Add an Order Online button
Click Copy embed code to copy a link you can paste into your own website:
<a href="https://www.selflane.com/bizs/<your-url>" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer">Order Online</a>Once your Selflane website is live, the link points to your website instead. If you pasted the code before your site went live, copy it again.
The code is a plain Order Online text link that opens your online store in a new tab. Paste it into your website editor’s HTML or code block. Your web designer can style it as a button.

Each button gets your Online Store link onto a social site:

Put the link in your Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok bios. Regular customers look there first.
Print a QR code for your counter
Print the QR code for table tents, register signs, and to-go bags. Customers scan it to reorder from their phone.
Download PDFsaves the PDF so you can print it later or send it to a print shop.Printopens the PDF in a new window with the print dialog ready.
The PDF is a small A6 page, about 4 x 6 inches. It shows:
