Setting Up Your Business

Your business profile is the foundation everything else builds on — your menu, online ordering, and POS all reference it. This step takes about 10 minutes.

Before you start

Have these ready:

• Business name, address, phone, and email
• Business hours (and any special holiday hours)
• Cuisine type and price range
• A square logo, 256×256 px or larger (PNG or JPEG)

Sign in or sign up

If you already have a Selflane account, sign in to the Admin .

If not, sign up with a Google account or with email and password.

Create your business

1. Click Create New Business at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. If your business already shows up in Google search, search for it to auto-fill the form. Otherwise, fill it in manually.
3. Provide:
   • Business name
   • Place type
   • Price range
   • Cuisine categories
   • Address
   • Phone and contact email
   • Website
   • Hours
4. Click Save.

You now have access to the business dashboard and settings.

Add your logo

1. Go to Settings > Profile.
2. Upload a square logo (256×256 px recommended).

You can edit any of this information later — don’t worry about getting every field perfect on the first pass.
