Transaction Batches
Use Batch to review daily terminal batches closed manually from the POS. Compare the batch time, terminal, batch number, and total amount with your processor deposit.
Auto-closed processor batches settle normally but do not appear in Back Office. With Heartland, closing one machine closes all machines; the POS can show only the triggering machine’s partial total while the processor records the combined total.
