Social Posts

Use Social Posts in Back Office to curate social-media highlights for your public website.

Add a post

  1. Select Add.
  2. Paste the post URL.
  3. Confirm the Platform, or leave it set to auto-detect.
  4. Optionally add a caption of up to 2,000 characters.
  5. Save the post, then select Publish to push the changes live.

You can choose Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok as the platform. Back Office detects the platform from the URL when possible.

Arrange and maintain posts

Drag a post to change its order on your website. For each post, you can:

  • Select the post URL to open the original post.
  • Show or hide its available embedded preview.
  • Edit the URL, platform, or caption.
  • Delete the post and confirm to permanently remove it.
  • Site settings — update your site’s public details and publish website changes.
  • Press — publish longer news and press articles.
