Daily Sales

Use Daily for end-of-day review. It includes order-status counts, sales totals, service-type and time-of-day breakdowns, payment and tip mix, card brands, server balances, discounts, vouchers, and pay in/out activity.

Tips

Two cards cover gratuity:

  • Server Tips lists gross card tips per server, before any sharing.
  • Tip Share shows how the day’s card tips divide among staff. It appears only when Tip Share is turned on. Click Recompute to calculate the day, then read the Allocated, Held, and Total figures.

Set the rules behind the Tip Share card in Tip Share. Recompute the day after you adjust a tip or fix a punchcard in Timesheets.
