Cancellation and void reasons

When you set up POS cancellation and void reasons, Actions groups the selected day’s cancellations and item voids by reason. Turn on By Server to see which staff member recorded each action.

Actions recorded before reason tracking, or from an older POS version, appear as No reason. The report does not appear on days without cancellations or voids.
