Reservations
Track and manage table bookings for your restaurant — month at a glance, day-by-day detail, and a manual entry form for phone-in reservations.
Month selector
Pick the month you want to view. You can browse up to six months ahead, and back to your business’s start date.
Click + Booking on the right to open the manual reservation form. See Add a booking below.
Dashboard
Two side-by-side bar charts compare the selected month with the previous month.
Booked TablesNumber of reservations per day. The card title shows the running month total. A trend indicator compares the same date range against last month.Total GuestsSum of party sizes per day. Same total and trend format.
The dark bars are the current month; the light bars are the previous month.
Day list
Below the charts, each day of the month appears as a row, future days first. Rows are labeled Today, Tomorrow, or the holiday name when applicable.
Each row shows that day’s bookings. Click a booking to open its details.
Past days appear below a Past Bookings divider.
Block a day
From a day’s row, mark the date as booked up to stop accepting new reservations for that date.
Add a booking
Click + Booking in the header to open the manual reservation form.
Name Customer name. At least 3 characters.
Party Size Number of guests. Minimum 1.
Phone Customer phone. Required.
Email Customer email. Optional but validated when provided.
Time Date and time of the reservation.
Booked Item The reservation slot or table type. Choose from the active items configured in your reservation settings.
Note Free-text note attached to the booking.
