Third-party orders with StreamOrder

Use StreamOrder to publish your menu to supported marketplaces and receive their orders in Selflane. This keeps marketplace orders with your other orders and kitchen workflow.

Know what StreamOrder does

Third-party orders are orders customers place on a marketplace, such as DoorDash Marketplace, Uber Eats, or Grubhub. StreamOrder sends your catalog to those marketplaces and imports their orders into Selflane.

The marketplace fulfills these orders. StreamOrder does not provide a courier for delivery orders placed through Selflane.

Connect your marketplaces

1. In the Back Office , open Menu.
2. Scroll to Third-Party Orders.
3. Select Set Up Third-Party Orders.
4. Complete the setup in the StreamOrder dashboard that opens.

When the connection is complete, the panel shows Connected, your store name or ID, and the connection date.

Prepare and publish your menu

Choose which menus, courses, and dishes are available to third-party orders. A course must belong to a published menu for its dishes to be available on marketplaces.

After changing your menu or third-party availability, select Sync Now in Third-Party Orders. Marketplaces usually receive the updated catalog within a few minutes.

Use Match to online status when you want marketplace availability to match your Selflane online availability. This updates the marketplace setting for every menu, course, and dish, then requests a catalog sync. It does not change your online availability.

Review menu findings

Third-Party Orders shows when StreamOrder last synced your catalog and when marketplaces last pulled it. It also flags menu details that need attention, including:

• Courses that are not on a published menu.
• Time-restricted menus that overlap an all-day menu. Marketplaces show a menu switcher during overlapping hours.
• Modifier pricing or option rules that marketplaces cannot represent. StreamOrder simplifies those options.

Fix the menu setting, then select Sync Now again.

Use delivery for Selflane orders

Use Delivery Settings when you need a courier for an order a customer places through Selflane. That is separate from marketplace orders imported through StreamOrder.
