Tiered Delivery Discounts

Merchants can create up to 2 discount tiers that reduce the delivery fee based on order value. This works with either delivery model — third-party or self delivery.

Tiered discounts are hidden when neither delivery model is enabled.

How It Works

Each tier has two values:

• Threshold ($0–$100) — the order subtotal that triggers the discount.
• Discount ($0.50–$20) — the amount subtracted from the delivery fee.

Thresholds and discounts must be in ascending order. For example:

In this example, a $35 order gets $2 off the delivery fee, while a $55 order gets $5 off.

Setup

1. Go to Settings > Profile > Delivery.
2. Scroll to the Tiered Delivery Discounts section.
3. Set the threshold and discount for each tier.
4. Click Save.
