Blocked Users

Use the block list to stop specific customers from ordering online or booking reservations with your business. Selflane checks this list before accepting any new order or booking.

Manage blocked users

The screen is a single table. Each row is one block entry.

  • Blocked At Date and time the entry was created.
  • Email Customer email on the block list.
  • Phone Customer phone on the block list.
  • Reason Why this customer was blocked. Up to 200 characters.

Click a row to edit it. Click the red trash icon at the end of a row to remove the entry; a confirmation prompt appears first.

Block a user

Click Block User in the top-right of the card to open the form.

Email Customer email to block. Fill in email or phone, or both.

Phone Customer phone to block.

Reason Short note explaining why this customer is blocked. Up to 200 characters.

Click Save to add the entry to the list.
